ATHLETES:  $3,000 (Payment Plan Available)

PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & SIBLINGS:  $2,000 per additional participant

Pricing for the seven-day tour package in London includes all tour operations, logistics and organization of the visit prior to arrival as provided by Chelsea FC management, meals served at the team hotel, twin bed hotel accommodations, round-trip ground transportation from/to the airport as well as in and around London for official group excursions, associated athletic trainer and referee fees, and official tour uniforms provided by Chelsea FC to each child participant.

Flights and travel insurance are not included.

*The price quoted is based upon a minimum number of youth travellers, and the content of the program as outlined online in the tour description. It is subject to adjustment if the minimum enrollment is not met, if the program content or itinerary changes, or in the event of circumstances beyond The St. James' direct control. These include, but are not limited to, increases in travel security charges, government-imposed fees and taxes, costs related to or resulting from government or carrier-imposed safety measures, fuel and energy costs and charges, and airline, vendor, or group-imposed schedule changes or delays.

Yes, 1 parent or guardian may purchase a tour package.

Flights: Round trip air transportation from Washington, DC to London and back to Washington is the sole responsibility of each tour participant to arrange and purchase. TSJ staff will share recommended flight details with families to ensure that players travel in a safe and supervised manner with STJ staff from Washington to London and back to Washington.

Travel/International Health Insurance Coverage: The St. James and Chelsea FC recommend that each tour participant obtains travel and/or international health insurance coverage while abroad.

Match Ticket: CFC will make best efforts to secure match tickets to a Premier League fixture for the group on tour. (Note: The purchase of a match ticket is the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian for their child who is participating on the tour, and for any parent and/or guardian who is accompanying their child on the tour through the purchase of a Tour experience package. Tickets for the tour group are subject to availability and not guaranteed until CFC secures tickets.)

All cancellations must be made in writing by the person listed on the registration form to The St. James via email: info@chelseafccamps.com or via postal mail to The St. James, 6805 Industrial Road, Springfield, VA 22151, and must be postmarked prior to the group's departure, and must include account number, registrant's name, and complete address.

The St. James and Chelsea FC may cancel the program on behalf of the entire group, or any individual participant.

Within 24 hours following receipt of your registration confirmation or initial payment invoice (whichever is first), you may cancel your tour program and receive a full refund.

After 24 hours, the following shall apply for a PLAYER or PARENT/GUARDIAN tour participant cancellation request:

• 75% of the tour package price (minimum charge of $400 if base tour package price is $1,625 or more) if your cancellation letter is postmarked more than 75 days prior to the group's departure.
• 50% of the base trip price if your cancellation letter is postmarked 45 to 74 days prior to group's departure, or
• 25% of the base trip price if your cancellation letter is postmarked 44 days or fewer prior to group's departure.

IMPORTANT: Please note the legal guardian/parent of the child participating on the tour is solely responsible for obtaining all needed travel documents, including but not limited to, a valid passport and any appropriate tourist travel visas for the child participant and parent/legal guardian attending the Chelsea FC UK tour experience. Legal guardian/parent must contact the British Embassy in Washington, DC for current entry requirements and visa requirements for the United Kingdom.
